Peter Grønberg
Peter has more than 25 years of experience from the construction industry in Denmark, plus 10 years in Thailand. His role is to ensure the pool villas are built properly and with an approach that’s close to European building standards — focusing on durability, materials, and craftsmanship.

We’ve made it easy to get started. Typically, the first part of the process looks like this:
- You message us via the contact page — ideally with your preferences (m², number of bedrooms, view, budget, personal use/rental).
- We reply with concrete options and can share a price example, what’s included as standard, and the best next step.
- Free viewing — if you’re in Thailand, or we can plan a visit when you’re coming.
- If you want to move forward, we recommend independent legal advice, and we help gather the relevant information for your lawyer.
